Booking Terms & Conditions

Minimum 2 night stay at all times with a 3 night minimum on designated long weekends.

We ask for a 50% deposit on Visa or MasterCard (or Amex with a 3.50% surcharge) to secure your reservation, with the remainder of your tariff being payable 7 days prior to arrival.

Additional guests will be charged a tariff of $60 per person per night in a spa cottage and $55 per night in . Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in our bushland setting due to our resident wildlife.

Should you need to cancel your booking – for whatever reason – our fees are: 50% of tariff if cancelled 30-15 days prior to arrival and 100% of tariff if cancelled within 14 days of arrival ONLY if the cottage(s) cannot be rebooked.  Where applicable refunds, less $40 per cottage administration fee, are sent by cheque or refunded to the card holder.

In consideration of future guests, we request No Smoking within the cottages.  Cottages must be left in a clean, tidy and smoke-free state, or an additional service fee may be charged.  Any damage to cottages or property will be to guests’ account.

* Single nights on request only and at manager’s discretion.

* Mid-week: Monday – Thursdays inclusive

* Weekend: Friday – Sunday inclusive

* Peak season: minimum 3 nights at Easter & Christmas.  Full tariff/4 guest stay on Concert Weekends & New Years Eve.

* Infants (0 – 3 years inclusive) stay free.  Cot hire available – $10 per day.  Children aged 4 – 11 years inclusive at $30 per night.  Children over 12 years at adult rate.
